Paul Roma is a retired professional wrestler who is best known for his time in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW) during the 1980s and 1990s. Roma initially gained fame as a member of the tag team known as "Power and Glory" with fellow wrestler Hercules Hernandez in WWE.
Roma also competed as a singles wrestler and had feuds with other notable wrestlers such as Ric Flair and Lex Luger. He later joined WCW in the mid-1990s and was a member of the Four Horsemen stable, along with wrestlers such as Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, and Brian Pillman.
After retiring from wrestling, Roma became a personal trainer and fitness guru, opening his own gym and working with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. He has also made sporadic appearances at wrestling events and conventions over the years.
